At Penrith Solar Centre, we’re awfully proud of our installation crews. Day in and day out, they’re climbing up on roofs and helping Sydney work towards Net Zero by 2050.
We’d like to brag a bit about them.
We sat down with Chris Carda last week and he was happy to share some thoughts with us about his experience with our team.
Here’s what he had to say:
My name is Chris Carda. I’m in St. Clair, Sydney. We’re looking into getting solar panels, obviously to save power and also for a long-term investment for my home. I’ve done a lot of research and found that the microinverter is the way to go. It was a little bit more expensive, but I’m happy that I’ve gone that way. I can add on if I’d like to, which is a benefit and also an asset because I don’t need to change the inverter since they all have their individual inverters. You know, good products aren’t cheap, and cheap products aren’t good.
Going with Penrith Solar, I was happy because they weren’t cheap and I knew I was getting a good product, especially with the Enphase system they use and their partnership with Tesla. I knew this would be an investment and a long-term one at that.

I got two quotes. The first guy that came out was late. His price was cheaper than Penrith, but his professionalism wasn’t there. Once I had the interview with Brody from Penrith Solar, he sealed the deal pretty much. His expertise and knowledge sold me. Also, looking through the videos, they were very professional. It was a seamless correspondence chain from start to finish, brilliant all the way through. Accounts and customer service were just incredible.
As a customer, my experience through Penrith Solar has been flawless. There is absolutely nothing bad that I can say. Their professionalism is tenfold. I’d highly recommend anyone to go with Penrith Solar. With the installation team, Bryce was the head man. His guidance and attention to detail were impeccable. The review that I wrote pretty much says it all. All the equipment was there, the guys had their harnesses on, they followed all the procedures, and the workmanship, cleanliness, and alignment [of the panels] were perfect.

Myself, I have attention to detail as well, being from a trade background. The guys were unreal. The installation team was really good. I absolutely love the Tesla app. Being a kinaesthetic and visual person, I can see that little picture of the house. I can see all the images come through, all the power coming into the grid, going to the battery. I love it.

It’s funny because a lot of my friends let me do all the research and then they come to me and ask, “Who do you reckon is the best place to go?” or “Who are the best people to deal with?” By far, Penrith Solar. You guys are incredible. Highly recommend Penrith Solar. Like I wrote in one of my reviews, I couldn’t recommend any other company for your solar or batteries.
Like we said at the top of the article, we’re awfully proud of our installers. Our teams are staffed with men and women who feel providing customer service like this is just another weekday.
It’s a baseline of professionalism that every person in the company believes in. It’s a core value here. How we do one thing is how we do everything.
