Punctual, reliable, and a very high standard of work. Jake and his team designed a 13kW system for me that works brilliantly and was installed in a single day. My bills have gone from over $1200\quarter to zero (with a $30 credit!). His estimations on output and ROI were bang on, can’t recommend enough. Excellent after-care as well, nothing is too hard for him even after that job has been finished.

We recently decided that it was time to look at getting our home fitted out with a solar package. From the initial discussions we had with Hana, to the team that installed our package. Everything was thought out and implemented with the highest quality in mind. The saying goes “what you pay for is what you get”, this is 100% true in this industry. We are only a few days into the install, and I can already see big numbers coming off our 12.4kW package. My wife and I cannot praise Penrith Solar enough! These guys are the highest of high quality.

To our amazement we met a company that actually cared for what they were doing as well as the customer needs. Jake Warner, the Managing Director showed absolute enthusiasm and first rate product knowledge, not only describing the differences in the equipment he was offering but great technical knowledge that was relayed to us in laymen terms, this was also the very first occasion that we actually got to see the pieces of equipment on offer. This was followed by a site visit and then a written quotation which we accepted.

From the time a Sales Consultant came to visit, the planning leading up to the installation and the overall installation was simply an amazing experience. Their professionalism and standard of customer service was second to none. Jake and the team did a great Job. The admin team were great with the coordination. The installers were presented a challenge with the internal wiring from the roof to the inverter. Other installer would have given up and put conduit on the outside wall the team persevered and ran the cables down the internal cavity. Great work.
