Excellent experience from start to finish. We sought several quotes for panels and a battery. Some were cheaper (with older model inverters), some more expensive, however, Penrith Solar stood out in a couple of reasons. Firstly, they were the only installer who compiled one quote, which meant that all work was covered under the NSW Home Building Insurance (an additional reassure for us). Other installers provided 2 separate quotes to avoid this insurance (and didn't even mention it). Also, several installers gave different opinions on the location of the battery, however only 2 of those (one being Penrith Solar) complied fully with our understanding of the Australian Standards. (We had a window, gas and gas hot water system to negotiate and most were happy to put it under the gas hot water, next to the window.) Given the cost of this investment, it was also reassuring to be able to go the showroom to see all the materials and the professionalism of their set-up. Throughout the process, staff were professional, helpful and communicated clearly. Installers were prompt, polite and cleaned up completely after themselves. A pleasure to deal with and highly recommend.

Fantastic, efficient and professional service. Not the cheapest quote but definitely feel that they were upfront and did the legwork beforehand so there were no surprises on the day. Joel was an honest and responsive consultant. He made no false promises but tried his best to do things the way we wanted. Matt and his installation team on the day were friendly and professional. They finished quicker than expected and didn't leave any mess. Our panels are working great and the monitoring system is simple too. Would highly recommend!

Well I did a lot of research and found Penrith Solar to be the best team of people. Many company's offered the quick fix cheap, contractors etc. Penrith Solar stood out... Time to explain the products. Then on price, service, workmanship the team at Penrith won't let you down, Elliot helped me work out the system and the on staff Electricians who installed where truely professional team, fast efficient team. What an incredible journey working with Penrith Solar. From the first consultation, through to the installation and handover, my experience with PSC has been exceptional. The team are the best in the business and are meticulous in all aspects. I have never seen or experienced such a hard working, clean and thorough bunch of tradies, and cannot thank them enough for the great job installing my Enphase solar and battery system. Friends, family and visitors envy how clean the install is and are kicking themselves that they didn't go through PSC. I contacted Penrith Solar Centre, about adding a Tesla Powerwall 2 to an existing 8kw solar setup we've had for 2 years, after hearing about Teslas $750 rebate for installs before 30th December. Elliot answered the phone first ring, was knowledgeable, went through the site details and google maps etc with me on the phone and later came back to me saying "how does Saturday sound to you". Elliot personally rode over to my place (Ryde) later in the week and firmed up the battery location and details, and the unit was installed as promised without fuss on Saturday. Although I had a "straightforward" external cable run, I was impressed with the thoughtfulness and tidy cabling following the existing route of the solar, and the positioning of the gateway next to the switchboard was superb. Everything was up and running that afternoon and we've barely used the grid since.. Four sunny days immediately after install proved out the system and I did a couple of off-grid tests which proved I could charge an EV and run the house (minus air con and ovens of course) all on pure backup , with the solar chipping in too). There are always some gotchas with powerall like the 5kw inverter limit but even so they did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone. They were possibly not the absolute cheapest, but at the quality of the installation they were possibly the best value.

As first homebuyers building our own home, we have done a lot of research even up to the most intricate details that would make us live comfortably in our new home. Finding a solar provider is one of the services that we planned to prioritise and invest on that we would do after handover. I have heard only very good reviews about Penrith Solar and even enquired to them whenever I find their kiosks in several events, but I still asked several solar providers for comparison. However it just led me to keep coming back to Penrith Solar as I still find them having the best deals and products in the market. Few weeks before handover of our house, I went to Penrith Solar Centre office where I met Peter Duong who has been very accommodating, knowledgeable and patient in answering all my queries and even giving me a tour around the office and explained to me everything about solar and how their extensive their staff get trained before they get to the the work under the company. Peter presented me very detailed proposals and even explained to me the pros and cons of each option. We opted for the best option he recommended as we find it very beneficial in our situation too. Couple of weeks after we moved in, we already had our solar system installed by Penrith Solar. We are so happy about the whole process and the performance of our solar system installed by them. Even the guys who did the installation had been very polite and accommodating with all my requests and questions. I couldn't fault the aftersales as well because they were very easy to reach out to, especially Peter. In fact, we are scheduled for battery install under them as well as we got well informed about its benefits too. With the pleasant experience we had, we are very grateful we did our solar install with them and we would highly recommend them as the 5-star reviews on Penrith Solar just say it all!

Recently had a 9.68 system installed by psc, everything from our first meeting with Shaun until installation has been very professionally done.The instal team were friendly and knowledgeable. Shaun went above and beyond and was always there to to answer any questions.I would definitely recommend Penrith Solar Centre.

The guys from Penrith Solar were great. From discussions regarding Powerwall through to installation they were completely professional. Of special note was the installation team. They arrived on time, listened, advised and gave a great outcome. We are now considering a second Powerwall with them. Well done!

Penrith Solar had recently completed the installation of our solar system. As with most, we've done our research on the type of systems and installers. Due to the configuration of our roof, best solution was a system with micro inverter. We contacted Penrith Solar through Peter. Communication was really good and amongst the installer that we've spoken to, only Peter provided us a worst and best case scenario so you know how much you will be spending when the actual installation happens. On installation day, Mitchell with his team arrived as stated and went on with the job. Note, this was on a day when the temperature hit 38degrees. I never saw any slowdown from these guys despite the heat. Mitchell even went inside our ceiling (for almost an hour) in order to re-position our aerial and put through the wirings through the wall cavity which made the installation really looking clean. No conduit or whatsoever coming out from the ceiling going down the gateway. Being that it's a micro inverter system as Penrith Solar on do this type, it's more costly than the single inverter. But the system and the installation was all worth it. These guys are really professionals and are passionate with what they do. We were told that account will be activated within a week or two so we can see our production and usage, but even Enphase had done a great job because our account was activated within two days. After sales was no issue as I had a question and I simply sent an email to Peter and I got a quick reply from him. We're happy we went with Penrith Solar and will highly recommend them.

Everything leading up to and after installation was great regarding service and quality. Have had solar for 3 bills now. but the supplier has been slack and not had the meters read, thus unable to expand as to the savings I have anticipated.

Great experience with Penrith solar, right from the first phone call. Peter the sales associate was very informative and patient with all my queries without being pushy. On the installation day they came on time and cleaned up after they went. Peter also did a follow up phone call after an few weeks to make sure everything was running smoothly. We recently had our solar installed by Penrith Solar Centre and our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the very start Jordy was great! So helpful, explaining the process to us and answering any of the million questions we had. We even were shown around their fabulous facility to see how everything worked. When it came to installation day we had Aaron, Arden and Joel. What can I say, they were absolutely awesome!! When they got onto our roof to start installation they went out of their way to remeasure and plan our panel setup because they realised it could be even more efficient and beneficial for us. After explaining this they worked hard to ensure that this would happen that day. We cannot thank them enough as over the last month we can see just how much of a difference that those changes have made, and extra dollars we have saved!
